Hear from Charles Stephenson II, executive director of Powerhouse Community Development, which engages, educates, equips and empowers people to live self sufficient lives. Their programs range from food to recovery support services to parenting and GED classes. This organization also coordinates the annual free Thanksgiving meal “Everybody Eats,” continuing the legacy of former City Council member Almeta Crayton.
