Prairie Garden Trust Nature Walk

Get outside and explore the beauty of Missouri’s native landscapes on a guided walk through the Prairie Garden Trust. We’ll take a leisurely walk through several scenic areas. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water and dress for the weather. A part of this year's One Read program featuring the novel "North Woods." All ages. Please register. Get outside and explore the beauty of Missouri’s native landscapes on a guided walk through the Prairie Garden Trust near New Bloomfield. This stunning private nature preserve features miles of trails winding through prairies, woods, streams, ponds and bluffs — home to wildflowers, grasses and wildlife in every season. We’ll take a leisurely walk through some of the property’s most scenic areas, including the popular Lotus Pond path and Indigo Prairie, with time to enjoy the sights, sounds and serenity of the natural world.

Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a peaceful stroll in nature, this walk is a great way to connect with the outdoors and your community. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water and dress for the weather.
