Gary Oxenhandler will discuss the crime, its investigation, the trial and his research and writing of this riveting book.
Oxenhandler began law school in 1968 at the University of Missouri–Columbia. He was drafted and served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1970, and, upon discharge, returned to law school, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree. For 29 years, he practiced law before, in 2002, Governor Bob Holden appointed him as a 13th Circuit Judge.
