Meeting RoomThe Boone County Clerk’s staff will be at the library so you can cast your vote before the primary election on August 4. No-excuse absentee voting is open to all voters registered in Boone County. To vote, please bring a form of photo ID, such as a Missouri driver’s license, U.S. passport, or military ID. Adults.
No-excuse absentee voting for the August 4 primary election takes place July 21-August 3, 2026, allowing any registered Boone County voter to cast a ballot in advance of election day. The Boone County Clerk’s staff will be at the library for voting today and no-excuse absentee voting will also be available at the clerk’s office in Columbia from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
To vote, please bring a form of photo ID, such as a Missouri driver’s license, U.S. passport or military ID.
