Are you looking for a great way to engage young children between stories? Could a puppet be helpful to tell a specific story? If you're ready to add puppets to your classroom toolkit, join us for this ridiculously fun and practical virtual workshop. Priscilla Howe will explain how and why to use puppets, and introduce simple techniques for effective use of puppets when the puppeteer is visible (no puppet stage) in the early childhood setting. She draws on decades of experience as a full-time storyteller and former children’s librarian.
Adults. (2 clock hours, DHSS-SCCR approved.)
