Instructor Hanna Klachko will get you started on the American version of this ancient game, which is experiencing a nationwide resurgence in popularity. This virtual presentation will introduce you to the tiles and the specifics of the game. Part II, on October 26, will discuss other features of game play and give you the opportunity to practice.

NOTE: Beginning October 12, Mah Jongg cards and handouts (essential for the classes) will be available for pick-up at the Welcome Desk of the Columbia Public Library. To pick up handouts at one of our other branches, bookmobile stops or curbside, contact Lauren at lwilliams@dbrl.org to make those arrangements.
