This session will focus on candymaking, just in time for Valentine's Day. You will learn to make chocolate-covered caramel candies from scratch. As part of the process, you will be practicing the skills of tempering chocolate and using silicone molds to shape and prepare chocolates. Making chocolates at home may seem daunting, but we'll go through all the details like timing and temperature to help you produce delicious treats for friends and family.
