Without knowing where you want to end up, how can you expect to get there? When you have a vision for your life, it is easier to set goals, prioritize actions and plan day-to-day activities. This workshop is designed to help you build your road map and identify the beginning steps towards your vision of health and wellness. It will introduce the concepts of visualization and "S.M.A.R.T." goals, and you will learn to properly set short- and long-term behavioral goals. When you have a vision for your life and connect to your “why,” it is much easier to stay motivated and achieve your goals.
Presenter Shelby O’Keefe is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a background in positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, somatic bodywork and empathetic communication. In addition, she is a yoga teacher in Columbia with a 140-hour trauma-sensitive yoga certification.
