The Memory Café is a social gathering for those experiencing any form of dementia or cognitive decline. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month, we're visiting the county fair and exploring our farm-themed Memory Care Kit. Participants will enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.
This program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Participants experiencing any form of dementia or cognitive decline must be accompanied by a family member or care partner during the program.
Attendance is limited, so please register everyone in your group, including caregivers.
