The weather has turned colder and the holidays are finally upon us! We're appreciative of the numerous holiday treats shared at this time of year, and we know that you are, too. We look forward to the holiday cakes, candies, and, of course, the cookies! We've chosen three of our favorite cookie recipes to share with you. They range from twists on the traditional to newer ideas that will be a hit at your next holiday gathering or as a delicious homemade gift. Librarian Megan Durham, star of both "Music & Movement" and "Recipes for Fun" and our teen blog leader will help cook today and provide tips for packing and shipping your cookies to loved ones. Megan is from a long line of holiday bakers, so be sure to tune in to this special edition of "Cooking by the Book"!
Adults and teens. Register to get a Zoom link. We'll also record the program for later viewing on our YouTube channel.
