The "Memory Café" is a social gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month's theme is connecting with nature. We'll explore the natural world in the comfort of an indoor setting through a variety of hands-on activities and games. We'll enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.
The program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.
Attendance is limited, so please register everyone in your group, including care partners and guests.
