Little ones will investigate what it means to float by building a boat and testing it and also get to explore a motorboat. Families with ages birth-5. Space is limited, so please register. Large boats can weigh hundreds of thousands of tons, and yet they stay afloat. How do they do it? Little ones will investigate floating at this program in a partnership with Missouri River Relief, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting people to the Missouri River. Children will build a boat and test it and also exploring a 24-foot Missouri River Relief motorboat. Don’t miss this opportunity to have boatloads of fun in the heat of the summer!
This program is also made possible with the help of First Chance for Children, a nonprofit that provides early childhood programs and family resources.
