The media is filled with messages about building wealth, working side hustles and becoming an entrepreneur. You see those pronouncements, and know that you like working a job because it allows you to live your values. How can you advance your career and increase your earning potential doing work that fits you? Learn how to position yourself for better work opportunities and avoid so-called promotions that come without additional money or benefits.
During this presentation, the focus will be on answering the following questions:
1. Who are you and what do you value?
2. What work opportunities are available?
3. How do you fit within those opportunities?
4. What’s your plan for advancement?
Each participant will have a chance to gauge their time, energy and resources for “moving on up” in their career. This program will be most helpful to those looking to make some small change in how they view the world of work.
