The "Memory Café" is a social gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month, we're celebrating Valentine's Day with our theme of "Sweets for Your Sweetheart." A sweetheart, of course, can be anyone you care about. Activities will center around recognizing our special relationships. We'll enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.
The program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.
Attendance is limited, so please register everyone in your group, including care partners and guests.
