Long-time staff member and genealogist Tim Dollens will discuss the library's many locations and the movers and shakers who wanted our community to be on the forefront of literacy and culture, building on our small town's "Athens of the West" reputation as home to the University of Missouri, Baptist Female College (now Stephens College) and Christian College (now Columbia College).
