Learn how to have more fun jamming with other musicians! In this workshop, you'll learn jam etiquette, the different types of jams, how to join in, how to lead, how to follow a song and more. You'll also get tips for playing without sheet music by learning common progressions and how to transpose. The session ends with a jam session for participants.
The workshop is led by Martha Haehl and Mike Walker, authors of the book, “Play Well With Others: A Musician's Guide to Jamming Like a Pro."
