Training CenterMedicare counselors will help you compare and enroll in Medicare prescription drug and Advantage plans. And, trained staff from community agencies will help you review and enroll in Health Insurance Marketplace plans. Services are offered Saturdays, November 9, 16, 23 and December 7. Call 1-800-390-3330 to make an appointment for Medicare help. Walk-ins welcome, appointments encouraged.

Medicare assistance is also offered Thursdays, Oct. 24, 31, Nov. 7, 14, 21 and Dec. 5.
Medicare Assistance
Medicare counselors will be available to help you compare and enroll in 2020 Medicare prescription drug and Medicare Advantage plans. CLAIM, Missouri's nonprofit health insurance assistance organization, provides free, unbiased assistance to Missouri Medicare beneficiaries.
Please call 1-800-390-3330 to make an appointment. Walk-ins welcome, appointments encouraged.
Please bring the following with you:
- Your current Medicare card, if you have one
- List of current prescriptions
Health Insurance Marketplace Assistance
Additionally, trained staff from community agencies will help you review eligibility, compare options and enroll in 2020 Health Insurance Marketplace plans. Participating agencies are Aging Best, Spectrum Health Care, Mid-Missouri Legal Services and Primaris Foundation. No appointment necessary.
Please bring the following with you:
- Marketplace account user ID/password, if you have one
- Email address/password, if you have one
- Social Security numbers for all household members
- Tax return or proof of income, if changed since ling last return
