The Memory Café is a social gathering for those experiencing any form of dementia or cognitive decline. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month, we're visiting Santa's toy shop and featuring our Toys and Nostalgia Memory Care Kit which will be available for check-out soon. Participants will enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.
This program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Participants experiencing any form of dementia or cognitive decline must be accompanied by a family member or care partner during the program.
Attendance is limited, so please register.
