Gardening

Enjoy music, movement, crafts, conversation and light refreshments. This month's theme is "Gardening!" For adults experiencing dementia accompanied by a personal care partner who will also participate. Please register everyone who will attend.

The Memory Café is a social gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month, we're celebrating gardening and exploring our gardening-themed Memory Care Kit. Participants will enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.

This program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.

Attendance is limited, so please register everyone in your group, including care partners.
