Let's Make Music!

Enjoy music, movement, crafts, conversation and light refreshments. This month's theme is "Let's Make Music!" For adults experiencing dementia accompanied by a personal care partner who will also participate. Please register everyone who will attend.

The Memory Café is a social gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month, we're exploring music. Participants will enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.

This program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.

Attendance is limited, so please register everyone in your group, including care partners.
