“Community Thread” is one of the art installations to be featured at this year’s True/False Film Fest. In keeping with the 2023 theme, “This is a Test,” the squares of this 9-by-9-foot quilt will be test swatches created by YOU to try out various creative techniques. Before the Fest, the lead artists will put the quilt together and display it with the Columbia Art League. We invite you to come create your own square to be featured at the Fest at this workshop
All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring in your favorite materials! We encourage you to use the hashtag #tf2023quilt to share your quilt square on social media.
Adults or ages 12 and older. Please register.
The library will host two "Community Thread" workshops. See both sessions here.
When COVID community levels are high, masks are requested in the library. Masks are optional when levels are low or medium. For the latest information, see the library's COVID safety page.
