One Read Goes to College

Scholars from each of Columbia's college campuses will lead a discussion of "Remarkably Bright Creatures." We'll have Dr. Megan Gillian, associate professor in MU's College of Education and Human Development; Dr. Ellen Mwenesongole, associate professor of forensics at Columbia College; and Dr. Jill Villarreal, Chair of Psychology and Animal Behavior at Stephens College. Adults.

Scholars from each of Columbia's college campuses will lead a discussion of the One Read book, "Remarkably Bright Creatures" by Shelby Van Pelt. Our discussion leaders are:

• Dr. Megan Gillian, associate professor in the University of Missouri's College of Education and Human Development, specializing in gerontology and family relationships
• Dr. Ellen Mwenesongole, associate professor and Forensic Science Program coordinator at Columbia College
• Dr. Jill Villarreal, associate professor and Chair of Psychology and Animal Behavior at Stephens College
